Valuations are free and based on a realistic market assessment. Residential Lettings

Chichester Coastal Properties offer a professional and friendly letting service. We will provide you with a free rental valuation that reflects the current market conditions and the size, condition and location of your property. We would advertise your property in the local publications and on our website and accompany prospective tenants around the property. Tenants are thoroughly vetted by a professional referencing company which includes credit checks and if appropriate we will ask for a guarantor. We will do a mid-tenancy inspection to make sure that there is no outstanding maintenance required and the Tenants are taking good care of the property. We will organise approved contractors to carry out any necessary work, keeping you constantly informed of costs.

Rent will be paid to you monthly, directly into your bank account or by cheque, if preferred. Each month you will receive a detailed statement listing any expenditure incurred on your behalf and a full breakdown of our fees.

Property Management

With the number of second homes in the area, Chichester Coastal Properties offer a property management service whereby we make regular weekly inspections to make sure your property is secure and that there are no problems either internally or externally. We deal with any emergencies as we see fit, report any problems to you immediately and provide our services as a key holder.

This is a new and very important part of our local commitment to our clients, as owners of such properties may or may not be aware of their insurance obligations when their property is left empty for periods of time. Permanent residents may still be interested in our services if they spend time out of the country or would like an accessible key holder for security purposes.

Commercial Sales
